Jaguar Freights Advanced Tracking Technology Revolutionizes Freight Industry

Customer control has classically been a challenge that this system was built to solve: with Cybertrax, the customer authorizes and initiates both the original transaction and any subsequent amendments, Cybertrax then provides written confirmation of such authorization.

The system automatically alerts customers that certain key events have occurred, such as loading, sailing, arrival, and delivery, saving customers time and hassle.

Cybertrax also allows customers to query their shipments on-line using either purchase order numbers and SKUs, or have specific customized reports set up for them, that answer key questions quickly. Reports can be transmitted via email at certain convenient times and intervals according to a customers request. Online and in real time it is possible to see where a shipment is and what it consists of, right down to individual item descriptions, quantities, and SKU codes.

With many track and trace systems, actually finding the goods in question without special and complex information can be a real dilemma, said Kaye.

Cybertrax is intuitive, enabling users to employ real world search criteria such as vendor or consignee identities, country of origin, and destination. Because external factors can also have an effect, the system works with both estimated and actual departure and arrival dates.
