Leading Full Service Retail Logistics Provider to Improve Warehouse Operations with AGI Worldwide’s Warehouse Management System
ALPHARETTA, Ga.--AGI Worldwide, provider of the industry's most innovative software solutions for supply chain execution, announced today that Store Opening Solutions, a leading full service retail distributor, has selected its WMS SCE solutions to help the company support its rapidly expanding operations and the associated increase in supply chain complexity.
Store Opening Solutions, with 1.5 million square feet of retailer occupied warehouse space in Murfreesboro, TN, and over 60 employee installation teams strategically located across the United States, will deploy AGI’s Warehouse Management System at its national distribution facility to accommodate their significant growth and increasingly demanding customer requirements.

AGI’s solutions will integrate with Store Opening Solutions’ existing order processing and accounting systems. Key components of the total solution will include:
- A Warehouse Management System (WMS): The WMS will enable SOS to streamline receiving processes through use of Advanced Shipping Notices, achieve real-time inventory visibility and lot control, improve order picking productivity, and have paperless operations though use of radio frequency terminals.
