New partnership to provide Lawson customers with additional support and user training for deployment of Lawson Business Intelligence
ST. PAUL, Minn.--Lawson Software (Nasdaq:LWSN) today announced a new partnership with JGI, a professional services firm specializing in enterprise software applications and business intelligence solutions. Under the agreement, JGI will assist with deployment of the Lawson Business Intelligence suite and provide enterprise reporting, training and consulting services.
Under the partnership, current and future Lawson customers will have additional resources to help them achieve better access and analytic capabilities relating to critical data within their Lawson system. “Lawson Business Intelligence delivers actionable information to the right people at the right time to help drive decision-making,” said Jim Catalino, vice president of business development for Lawson. “By partnering with JGI, we're offering customers additional expertise to help them optimize their use of Lawson to improve business performance.”
This partnership also will extend Lawson’s application management services. Through Lawson Professional Services, Lawson offers customers a broad range of consulting and application management services, including Lawson Total Care Platinum, which provides full Lawson application hosting, coupled with full application management services.
Lawson already has more than 20 customers working with JGI on other enterprise system rollouts. Among them is WellSpan Health, a not-for-profit, community based healthcare system with more than 50 locations providing health and wellness services to people of all ages. “JGI’s skills on Lawson and demonstrated application experience proved invaluable in optimizing our investment in the Lawson Business Intelligence solution, and we are thrilled with the knowledge they were able to transfer to our staff,” said Nancy Chatham, senior application analyst for WellSpan Health.
