(HMI) has been honored with the “2006 Supplier Excellence Awards in E-Beam Inspection" by Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), the world's largest dedicated chipmaking foundry, at the 2006 TSMC Supply Chain Management Forum (SCM) in Hsinchu, Taiwan. The eScan e-beam inspection systems, achieved the top score in a very challenging set of criteria to win this award.
