DEDHAM, Mass.--TAC Worldwide today announced the appointment of Joseph S. Johnson as Vice President, Product Management effective immediately.

In this position, Mr. Johnson will be responsible for the design, development, market strategy and delivery support of TAC’s workforce solutions including Workforce Planning and Analysis Services, IT Infrastructure Support Services, and Workforce Management & Outsourcing Services.

Mr. Johnson has worked as a partner level consultant in human capital management at IBM, KPMG, Cambridge Technology Partners and Arthur D. Little and has more than 20 years experience in designing, implementing and managing a wide variety of human capital initiatives.

Most recently he served as Senior Vice President, People, Process, and Technology at Nabi Biopharmaceuticals and is credited with redesigning the entire global talent acquisition strategy and organization design for all functions of the corporation. Prior to that, he served as Associate Partner, Global Business Solutions, Strategy and Change Management for IBM Corporation and directed strategy engagements in pharma, biopharma and consumer products.

In addition, Mr. Johnson has led the business transformation efforts for global supply chain products in chemical, biotechnology and manufacturing sectors and has developed Lean Six Sigma change strategies for international ERP and SFA Change Management Strategies and initiatives. He has provided organizational strategy, leadership guidance, and change management strategy for boards of directors and executive management at 11 of the Fortune 25 companies.

Mr. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from College of The Holy Cross in Worcester, MA and pursued post graduate studies at University of Edinburgh in Scotland. He is a frequent speaker at biotechnology and high tech forums, as well as the IQPC, ASTD, SHRM, and AQPC on workforce issues.
