Manhattan Associates Founder Alan J. Dabbiere Bolsters Industry Knowledge and Expertise
ATLANTA--PrimeRevenue, Inc., the leading provider of Supply Chain Finance (SCF) solutions, today announced the appointment of Alan J. Dabbiere to its Board of Directors.
Alan J. Dabbiere was founder of Manhattan Associates (NASDAQ:MANH), a supply chain execution software company, and served as President and CEO from 1990 through 1999, and Chairman of the Board from 2000 through 2003 and is currently President of AJD, LLC., a privately held investment company. Additionally, Mr. Dabbiere is Chairman of Wandering WiFi, a wireless network software company that provides a management console for the operation of public and private wireless networks and the attached devices. Prior to that Mr. Dabbiere was employed by Kurt Salmon Associates, a management consulting firm specializing in consumer products manufacturing and retailing. Mr. Dabbiere was named the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 1999 and has been active with Georgia Tech, Emory University, United Way, Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) and numerous other industry and charitable organizations.
