Dan Dundon Brings 15 Years of Smart Card Manufacturing and Quality Assurance Expertise; New Position Timed to Optimize Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management for Delivery of ICT DisplayCards Worldwide

LOS ANGELES--Innovative Card Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: INVC), developers of the breakthrough ICT DisplayCard security device for e-banking, e-commerce and data access, today announced that Dan Dundon, a smart card manufacturing veteran formerly with Gemalto Corporation, has been appointed as Director, Quality Assurance and Logistics. Dundon brings a proven 15-year track record of smart card supply chain, manufacturing, and delivery systems integration and optimization to the company.

We are excited to welcome Dan as the newest member of our team, said Steven R. Delcarson, Innovative Card Technologies CEO and President. Dans extensive experience managing and optimizing supply chain, production, and delivery systems will be a huge asset as we ramp up production to hit 2008 delivery goals.

A smart card manufacturing expert, Dundon comes to Innovative Card Technologies from Gemalto Corporation, where he most recently served as Plant Manager of the Montgomeryville, PA manufacturing plant for the past 6 years. During his tenure in this position, Dundon supervised the successful and on-time merger of Gemalto Corporations two US-based manufacturing plants into one, as well as the successful implementation of a new $30 million smart card personalization project. Dundon also held positions as Smart Card Operations Manager and Smart Card Project and Production Manager during his 22-year career at Gemalto.

I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to join Innovative Card Technologies, and to become part of the team leading the embedded-electronics card industry, said Dundon. I look forward to lending my expertise to the company as we fine tune our supply chain, manufacturing, and delivery systems management during this time of expanding production capability.

The ICT DisplayCard has been distributed on six continents to authenticate online banking and database logins. Adopting institutions include banks, enterprise security solutions providers, and vendors of online services. Worldwide demand for the one-time passcode ICT DisplayCard is being driven by government regulations and consumer demand for tougher safeguards against fraudulent access to online banking accounts and electronic data storage.
