Expert in Financial Management to Drive Agistix’s Financial and Human Resources Operations

Mr. Kalov, formerly the CFO at Calco Insurance Brokers and Agents, Inc., has extensive experience in strategic financial planning and the development and expansion of market opportunities. Mr. Kalov will be responsible for overseeing the continued expansion of the company’s financial horizons and its sustained excellence.

Mr. Kalov brings 22 years of strong financial management and planning expertise with an emphasis on growing new companies and building a financial presence by way of investment and acquisitions. As the former CFO of Calco Insurance Brokers and Agents, Inc., he brings to Agistix the knowledge of how to increase a company’s profitability and to enhance financial accountability. In addition, David was the CFO/COO of Mail-Filters.com, an OEM anti-spam company, where he managed all financial and administrative areas while establishing financial procedures and controls.
Prior to Mail-Filters.com David was the Vice President of Finance and Administration at Ensera, Inc. and Ripcord Games, LLC. During his time at these companies he was successful in modernizing the accounting systems, acting as a banking and finance liaison, and managing company buy outs. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a BS from DePaul University.
