DALLAS--i2 Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:ITWO) today announced its participation in the CSCMP 2007 Annual Conference, the nation’s premier conference for supply chain management professionals, scheduled for Oct. 21-24 in Philadelphia. As part of this year’s conference, several i2 executives will lead educational sessions to provide insight on critical supply chain issues such as global strategic sourcing and global transportation. i2 speakers include:

• Razat Gaurav, vice president of i2’s Global Logistics Group, will present a case study with Kim Sean Jin, general manager of Global Logistics at LG Electronics, during the session “Optimizing a Global Supply Chain for Speed, Agility and Cost Efficiency” on Oct. 22 from 2:30 – 3:30 p.m. EDT. Gaurav and Jin will discuss global transportation operations management best practices, and the critical elements for achieving speed, agility and cost efficiency. Gaurav will also participate in the panel discussion, “Supply Chain Visibility for Today and Tomorrow” on Oct. 22 from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m.
• i2 Senior Vice President Kelly Thomas will discuss the transformation from a regional/local “buy/make/sell” model to a global “buy/move/make/move/sell” model during the “Total Cost Based Global Sourcing” session on Oct. 23 from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.
• i2 Director Manish Govil will present a tutorial session entitled “Using Integrated Supply Chain Management as a Winning Strategy” on Oct. 23 from 2:30 – 3:30 p.m. The session will cover how companies can deliver on fast product launches while reducing the cost of products and ensuring reliable supply.
