Enporion Announces Expanded Professional Services Offerings

Subba Nishtala Appointed Director, Enporion Professional Services

TAMPA, Fla.--Enporion, a leading provider of supply chain solutions and services, today announced a significant expansion of its professional services business offerings. In recent years, Enporion customers have increasingly looked to the company to provide leadership and resources in helping them to execute key supply chain initiatives. As a result, Enporion has decided to increase its staff and capabilities to meet this customer-driven demand.

Subba Nishtala has joined Enporion as Director, Professional Services, reporting to Keith Stanton, Vice President, Professional Services and Operations. Mr. Nishtala, most recently Managing Associate with ScottMadden Consultants, will take a leadership position in growing this important part of Enporions business. Mr. Nishtala holds an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC - Chapel Hill and a Masters in Science degree from North Carolina State University in Raleigh.

In 2007, Professional Services accounted for nearly 25% of Enporions revenue, as noted by George Gordon, Chairman and CEO of Enporion. With eight years of executing hundreds of sourcing projects and with an exceptionally strong team creating technology solutions for customer challenges in supply chain management, our customers have increasingly asked for our help in driving process improvements with their supply chain organizations, he continued. This represents an important growth opportunity for Enporion, and I am delighted that Subba Nishtala will be a key part of Enporions Professional Services Team.

Mr. Stanton and Mr. Nishtala have several years of experience working directly with Chief Procurement Officers and their teams in driving strategic sourcing and other initiatives. Mr. Stanton, prior to joining Enporion seven years ago, conducted key consulting engagements while employed by Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), and later by Ernst & Young. In a recent engagement with a Fortune 500 company, Mr. Nishtala led efforts in spend and market analysis, RFP processes, and contract negotiations, resulting in over $5 Million of annual savings to the company.

Enporions Professional Services business will focus on the areas of Spend Analysis, Sourcing Services, Technology Services and Change Management. The Professional Services teams goal is to help clients reduce procurement costs and improve supply chain and financial processes by delivering strategic sourcing services, implementing customized technology solutions, and actively promoting change adoption of improved systems, processes, and technology.
